Camden and her postpartum training program has been one of the most helpful and supportive tools in my physical and mental wellness as a new mom! She met me in my goals and timeline with an approachable workout plan and Phase 2 addressed my nutrition with actionable steps. I started seeing results within a couple weeks: got more consistent, got stronger, dropped some pounds. She helped me find accountability with a warm encouragement that was still honest about my progress. One of my favorite lines she coaches by (and I repeat to myself often) is “it’s not all or nothing… it’s all or something.” This is what truly got the ball moving for me. Camden is so knowledgeable about women’s health, safeguarding my breastfeeding journey and sense of realistic timing for the few minutes here or there I had to track foods or workout.
